1. Terms

Solutions Ltd (‘Behavioral Economics Academy’ or ‘BE
Academy’) on BehavioralEconomic.co.uk, or by
downloading the Behavioral Economics Guide (‘BE
Guide’) on this site, you are agreeing to be bound
by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and
regulations, and agree that you are responsible for
compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do
not agree with any of these terms, you are
prohibited from using or accessing this site or the
BE Guide. The materials contained on
BehavioralEconomic.co.uk’s website and the BE Guide
are protected by applicable copyright and trademark
law.
2. Use License
For BE Academy Courses:
Permission is granted to view all learning materials
(text, images, videos, etc.) at any time and to
download one copy of any downloadable course
materials (PDFs) on the BehavioralEconomic.co.uk
website for personal use only. This is the grant of
a license, not a transfer of title, and under this
license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or
for any public display (commercial or
non-commercial);
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any
software contained on the
BehavioralEconomic.co.uk website;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary
notations from the materials;
- Transfer the materials to another person or
‘mirror’ the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you
violate any of these restrictions and may be

For BE Guide:
When downloading the BE Guide, you agree not to
distribute, share, sell, or provide access to the BE
Guide to any third parties without prior written
consent from Behavioral Science Solutions Ltd. Any
violation of these restrictions may result in legal
action.
3. Duration of Access
Upon enrollment in a course, you will have access to
your learner account and course materials for the
lifetime of the course. For the BE Guide, you are
granted access to the downloaded version for
personal use. In the case of a discontinuation of
the course or the BE Guide by
BehavioralEconomic.co.uk, learners and users will be
notified 30 days before the termination.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on the BehavioralEconomic.co.uk
website, including the BE Guide, are provided ‘as
is’. BehavioralEconomic.co.uk makes no warranties,
expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and
negates all other warranties, including without
limitation, implied warranties or conditions of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
or non-infringement of intellectual property or
other violation of rights. Further,
BehavioralEconomic.co.uk does not warrant or make
any
representations concerning the accuracy, likely
results, or reliability of the use of the materials
on its website or the BE Guide, or otherwise
relating to such materials or on any sites linked to
this site.
5. Limitations
In no event shall BE Academy be liable for any
damages (including, without limitation, damages for
loss of data or profit, or due to business
interruption) arising out of the use or inability to
use the materials on BehavioralEconomic.co.uk’s
website or the BE Guide, even if
BehavioralEconomic.co.uk or an authorized
representative of BehavioralEconomic.co.uk has been
notified orally or in writing of the possibility of
such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow

BE Academy of the site. Use of any such linked

8. Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with our courses and
materials. If you’re not satisfied with your BE
Academy course, you are entitled to a thirty (30)
day refund from the date of purchase. Upon
cancelling the course and obtaining a refund, any
certificate of completion becomes null and void and
course materials can no longer be used. The download
of the BE Guide is non-refundable once accessed. We
reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who
abuse this Refund Policy.
9. Deletion
You may delete your account at any time by emailing
academy@BehavioralEconomic.co.uk
or info@BehavioralEconomic.co.uk.
If your account is deleted (regardless of the
reason), your content may no longer be available.
BehavioralEconomic.co.uk is not responsible for the
loss of such content upon deletion. Upon deletion of
your account (regardless of the reason), all
licenses granted by BehavioralEconomic.co.uk will
terminate.
10. Privacy
Use of BE Academy courses is subject to our separate
Privacy
Policy.
11. Terms of Use Modifications
BehavioralEconomic.co.uk may revise these Terms of
Use for its website and downloadable materials at
any time without notice. By using this website or
downloading the BE Guide, you are agreeing to be
bound by the then current version of these Terms of
Use.
12. Governing Law
Any claim relating to BehavioralEconomic.co.uk’s
website and downloadable materials shall be governed
by the laws of BehavioralEconomic.co.uk’s home
jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law
provisions.
